Fresh herbs, garlic and a splash of vinegar come together in this vibrant chimichurri- the perfect finishing touch for anything hot off the grill.
Ingredients
- 1/2 bunch parsley, (leaves only) chopped
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 2-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
Directions
Simply mix all ingredients together until combined. Enjoy!

Chimichurri will keep in the fridge for approximately 1–2 weeks if stored in an airtight container.
