Refund policy

Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account. To cancel, log in to your member portal, go to Account Settings, and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

Access After Cancellation
Once you cancel, you will continue to have access to your membership content until the end of your current billing period. After this date, access to member-only content will automatically end.

Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused content, or lack of use.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days so we can review the charge.

Recurring Payments
By purchasing a membership, you agree to recurring billing according to the plan selected at checkout.
If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your membership before your renewal date.
Charges that occur due to failure to cancel prior to renewal are not eligible for refund.

Rejoining
If you choose to return in the future, you may rejoin by purchasing a new membership. Pricing and terms at the time of rejoining will apply.

Technical Access
Please ensure that you maintain access to the email address used at checkout, as this is required to access your account.
Issues related to your device, browser, or use of an incorrect email address are not considered grounds for refund.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the membership after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
