How do I join the club and get my account set up?

Welcome to the club! Once you’ve grabbed your membership and received the confirmation email, click the Member icon on the website.
Use the same email you paid with (this is key!) and follow the prompts to create your personal kitchen corner.
If you use a different email, the system won’t recognise your membership, so stick to the one you paid with.

I paid but I can’t log in. Help!

No worries, this happens sometimes. Try this:

  • Check you are using the same email as your purchase
  • Refresh your browser or clear your cache
  • Reset your password if needed
    Still stuck? Send us a message and we’ll get you cooking in no time.
Do I need to subscribe to emails to get my weekly recipes?

Yes! Your membership unlocks all recipes in the portal, but to get that fresh batch of weekly recipes straight to your inbox, you need to subscribe.
Sign up via the pop-up on the site or the email field in the footer.

Can I see recipes without subscribing to emails?

Absolutely. You can still peek into your member portal for all recipes, but subscribing makes sure you never miss the weekly goodies.

Where are my weekly recipes?

Inside your member portal, under the recipes section. New recipes appear the moment they are released, ready for you to whisk, stir, and taste.

Technical & Troubleshooting

I can’t see my new recipes. What now?
  • Refresh your browser
  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Make sure you are logged in with the correct email
  • Try another browser or device if needed
I’m not getting my recipe emails. What should I do?
  • Check that you have subscribed to emails
  • Peek in your spam or promotions folder
  • Add our email to your safe sender list
  • Refresh your browser or log out and back in
The website looks wonky or content is missing.
  • Refresh your browser
  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Try another browser or device
  • Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version

When will I be charged?

Payment happens at checkout. If you’re on a recurring plan, your renewal date will show in your account.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept most major credit and debit cards.
