Super easy, no-bake and perfect to make with the kids. This festive rocky road is loaded with marshmallows, raspberry lollies, chunks of gingerbread and white chocolate, then finished with Christmas sprinkles. Fun to make, even better to eat.
Ingredients

650g milk chocolate
- 100g mini marshmallows

100g raspberry lollies (or another red lolly)
- 180g chopped gingerbread
- 1 cup white chocolate chips (or buttons)
- Red and green sprinkles (for topping)
Directions
Melt your chocolate over a double boiler, or using a microwave in 30 second intervals.
Allow to cool for a few minutes, before mixing in your marshmallows, raspberry lollies, gingerbread and white chocolate.
Place in a lined baking tray, and top with sprinkles. Pop in the fridge to set for around 2 hours, then slice and enjoy!
Recipe Note
If you are wanting to speed up the 'setting' time, pop the rocky road in the freezer for around 30-40 minutes!
