Ingredients
- 200g tuna, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoon chopped chilli
- 1 teaspoon capers
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives

- 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- salt/ pepper
- 1 tablespoon capers

- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 2 tablespoons fried shallots

Directions
- For your tuna, simply mix al ingredients together until combined.
- For your mayo mustard, whisk all ingredients together until creamy.
- Slice your baguette, and drizzle with olive oil. Place in a 200 degree Celsius oven for 7-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- To assemble, spoon your mayo mustard on the bottom of a dish and top with your tuna mix, fried shallots and fresh chives. Serve with tour toaster baguette. Enjoy!
