½ Cantaloupe

14 pieces thinly sliced prosciutto

14 basil leaves

14 mini bocconcini

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

1-2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Salt and pepper
Directions
Remove the skin of your cantaloupe and cut into wedges.
Wrap each wedge in prosciutto and top with a basil leaf and a bocconcini ball.
Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle over your extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
