Ingredients
- 200g sashimi grade salmon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped capers
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 green chilli, thinly sliced
Directions
Simply place your sashimi onto a platter and top with a slice of chilli.
- Sprinkle over your red onion and chopped capers.
- When ready to serve, drizzle with your soy sauce and olive oil.
