Fresh, bright and restaurant-quality- this salmon sashimi takes minutes to make and always impresses.
Ingredients

600g sashimi grade salmon, sliced

3 tablespoons soy sauce

½ tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

1 tablespoon ponzu sauce

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

1 handful of fresh coriander leaves

2 spring onions, finely sliced

1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh chilli (optional)
To serve
Directions
Simply whisk together your soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and ponzu.
Place your sashimi flat on a platter, and when ready to serve, drizzle on your dressing.
Top with sesame seeds, coriander, spring onion and chilli if you like spice! Enjoy!
