Fresh tuna tostadas that feel a little bit fancy but are so easy to throw together. Lightly marinated tuna is paired with a creamy, slightly spicy avocado sauce, then layered onto crispy tostadas and finished with furikake and spring onion. SO, so good.

Directions
Place your tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and chives in a bowl and pop in the fridge to ‘marinade’ for 15 minutes.
For your avocado cream, place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Line an oven tray with baking paper and ‘brush’ each taco with some olive oil. Bake in a 200 degree Celsius oven for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Assemble each tostada with a spoonful of avocado cream, tuna, furikake seasoning and spring onion. Enjoy!
